7. Returns and Refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

7.2 Digital Products

For digital products (downloads, streaming access), the right of withdrawal may not apply once you have started downloading or streaming the content with your consent.

7.3 Physical Products

Physical products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

7.4 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned products or proof of return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ayrisia Nova and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your content submitted to the Site
